¾ 机床概述 Machine Tool Overview

该机床采用进口数控系统4轴(最多6轴)控制，4轴联动。4轴均可配置安装位置检测元件
作为全闭环反馈。机床采用卧式布局，工作台(X)在床身上做横向移动，立柱(Y)在床身上做纵
向移动，磨头(Z)沿立柱做上下移动。数控转台(A)安装在工作台上面，用于装卡工件并做分度或
连续运转。转台一侧安装金刚石碟片修整器，通过插补运动对砂轮进行曲面形状修整。
The machine adopts imported CNC system 4 axis (up to 6 axis) control, 4
axis linkage. Four axes equipped with grating scales,carry out close-loop control
The machine tool adopts horizontal layout, and the worktable (X) moves
horizontally on the machine bed. The column (Z) moves longitudinally on the
machine bed, and the grinding head (Y) moves up and down along the column.
The NC worktable (B) is installed on the work table, which is used for clamping
workpiece and dividing or running continuously. A diamond disc trimmer is
installed on one side of the worktable, and the surface of the grinding wheel is
trimmed by interpolation movement.
机床对典型零件加工配有本公司自行开发的参数化编程软件。
The grinding machine has accompanied with the parameterized programming software developed by our company for typical parts.

采用专利技术的静压结构，径向跳动和轴向跳动均≤0.001mm，转台通过直驱式大功率力矩电机直接驱动，
转台内装有海德汉精密圆光栅实行角度闭环控制。
Rotary table also is supported on hydrodynamics-static pressure bearings,which a invent patent for our company.
The radial and axial run-out of the table surface:≤0.001mm,the rotary table is directly driven by a high power torque motor.

¾ 机床主要用途 Application For The Grinder

机床主要用于零件的端面或轴向型面加工。数控转台立式安装使用，可用于端面齿盘齿形及其他端面曲面成型磨削。数控转台卧式安装使
用并配以尾座顶尖，可用于花键轴、直齿圆柱齿轮等成型磨削。
The machine tool is mainly used for the end or axial shape surface machining of parts. The NC turntable is installed vertically, and it can be used to
grind end face gear and other curve end face. The NC rotary table is installed horizontally and fitted with the tail center, which can be used for grinding spline
shaft and spur gear.
